Aziel Toeaina a.k.a. AZIEL the Artist is from an American Samoan decent. AZIEL was born January 1, 1978 in San Francisco, CA to the Late Rev. Mataifale and Lefefe Toeaina. AZIEL has three older brothers and three older sisters. AZIEL was highly influenced by his brothers Rev. Alex Sander and Rev. Albert Toeaina who are also musicians and singers. AZIEL is also highly influenced by the R&B groups Jodeci, Jagged Edge and Mint Condition. His favorite R&B male artist is R-Kelly, Genuwine, Darwell Jones, Al Greeen, Luther, Michael Jackson and King Davis. Favorite female R&B artists include Destiny's Child, 702, Total, Escape. Favorite Rapper include Boss Breaka & Tadaow from M.O.H., San Quinn from Done Deal, J.T. the Bigga Figga from Get Low Records as well as 2Pac, Gigga, NAS, Ja Rule, Mac10, Daz and Karupt.
